How Robux withdrawals work
Robux can only move between accounts through routes Roblox itself provides. Survey.GG uses the two safe ones, and neither involves signing into your account.
Gamepass withdrawal
You create a gamepass on any of your Roblox experiences and price it at the figure shown during checkout. We buy it, and Roblox credits your account. This is the fastest route — usually a matter of moments once the pass is live.
The price we give you is deliberately higher than the Robux you requested, because Roblox keeps 30% of every marketplace sale. Netting 1,000 R$ means listing at 1,429 R$. We do that maths so you do not have to — you can check it yourself with the Robux calculator. Set the price exactly as shown; a mismatched price is the single most common reason a withdrawal stalls.
Roblox gift card
A gift card code is sent to your email address and you redeem it on Roblox yourself. Slower than a gamepass and dependent on stock, but it requires no setup on your side and works even if you have no experience to attach a gamepass to.
Before you withdraw
- You need to reach the minimum balance shown above — earn it on the Earn page.
- Your Roblox account needs to be linked for gamepass payouts. This is a username link, never a password.
- Price the gamepass exactly as instructed. Rounding it yourself breaks the match and delays the payout.
- Nobody from Survey.GG will ever ask for your Roblox password, in Discord or anywhere else. Anyone who does is impersonating us.
Withdrawal questions
- How do I get Robux from Survey.GG to my Roblox account?
- Two ways. A gamepass withdrawal has you create a gamepass at a price we calculate; we buy it, and the Robux lands in your Roblox account almost immediately. A gift card withdrawal emails you a Roblox gift card code to redeem yourself. Neither needs your Roblox password.
- Why is the gamepass price higher than the amount I requested?
- Roblox takes 30% of every marketplace sale. To actually receive 1,000 R$ the pass has to be listed at 1,429 R$, because reversing a 30% cut means dividing by 0.7 rather than adding 30%. We calculate that markup for you, so what reaches your account is the full amount you asked for.
- Does Survey.GG charge a withdrawal fee?
- No. The only deduction anywhere in the process is Roblox's own 30% marketplace cut on gamepass sales, and we cover that in the listed price. Survey.GG takes nothing.
- How long does a withdrawal take?
- Gamepass payouts are usually near-instant once the pass is set up correctly and stock is available. Gift cards are sent by email and can take longer depending on stock. If a withdrawal sits pending unusually long it is normally a stock or verification hold rather than a problem with your account.
- Can I withdraw as real money instead of Robux?
- No. Survey.GG pays out in Robux only. Converting Robux to money is possible solely through Roblox's own Developer Exchange, which requires a verified developer account, Roblox Premium and a large minimum balance.
- Do I need to link my Roblox account?
- For gamepass withdrawals, yes — we need to know which account to buy from. That link is a username connection, not a login: at no point do you give Survey.GG or anyone else your Roblox password.
