Blox Fruits Guide: Tips, Tricks & How to Get Robux (2026)

A beginner's guide to Blox Fruits: which fruit to start with, how to level fast through the First Sea, and the mistakes that waste your first twenty hours.

ShareXReddit

Blox Fruits has been near the top of Roblox for years, and it is still pulling around 268,000 concurrent players. It is also one of the least beginner-friendly games on the platform: it drops you on a starter island with almost no explanation and expects you to work it out. Here is the version nobody tells you at level 1.

What Is Blox Fruits? (permalink)

Blox Fruits is a One Piece-inspired open-world fighting game. You sail between islands, fight NPCs and bosses, level up, and unlock progressively stronger combat styles. The world is split into three "Seas", each one a big step up in difficulty and rewards.

The hook is the fruits themselves. Devil Fruits spawn around the map and grant a completely different moveset — one turns you into flame, another lets you phase through attacks, another is mostly useful for travelling fast. Eating a fruit replaces your previous one, so choices matter.

What keeps Roblox Blox Fruits alive after all this time is that it is genuinely deep. There are melee styles, sword styles, guns, fruit abilities, accessories and race upgrades, and a serious player is juggling all of them. There is a real skill ceiling here, which is rare for a Roblox grinder.

How to Get Started (permalink)

  1. Do the quests in order. Talk to the quest giver on your starting island and take whatever they offer. The quest chain is the levelling path — ignoring it to explore just gets you killed by enemies twenty levels above you.
  2. Do not eat your first fruit. This is the one piece of advice every veteran gives. Early fruits are usually weak and you will want to sell or store the good ones. Fighting with your fists and a sword for the first stretch is faster.
  3. Buy a sword early. Melee alone is slow. Even the cheap starter swords noticeably speed up quest clearing.
  4. Learn one combat style properly. Pick a melee style and stick with it rather than sampling everything at once.
  5. Upgrade your stats deliberately. Points go into Melee, Defense, Sword, Gun and Fruit. Spreading them evenly makes you mediocre at everything — commit to two.

New players almost always make the same two mistakes: eating every fruit they find, and sailing to the next Sea far too early. The second one is worse. Arriving under-levelled means you cannot complete any quest there and have to sail all the way back.

Tips and Tricks to Get Better (permalink)

  • Fruits are worth more stored than eaten. Keeping a rare fruit lets you trade it for something you actually want. Eating it on sight is how people end up with a bad fruit and no leverage.
  • Chain quests, don't single them. Take a quest, clear its enemies, hand it in, take the next — the travel time between quest givers is where most levelling time disappears.
  • Level in groups when the enemies hit hard. XP sharing costs less than dying repeatedly and running back.
  • Bosses are not optional. They drop the items and unlocks that gate later progress, so fight them as they appear rather than saving them for later.
  • Watch your Energy before a fight. Fruit abilities drain it, and being caught empty mid-fight is how a winnable duel becomes a respawn.
  • Set your spawn point deliberately. It is easy to forget, and dying on the far side of the map with your spawn on the starter island costs real minutes.
  • Ignore trading offers from strangers early on. New accounts are the target market for bad trades, and your first rare fruit is exactly what they are fishing for.
  • Play with a sword and a fruit, not one or the other. The strongest players switch mid-combo. Committing to only fruit moves makes you predictable.

Get through the First Sea properly and the Second Sea stops being a wall and starts being the actual game.

Blox Fruits Codes (Updated September 2026) (permalink)

Blox Fruits codes are real and the developers release them regularly, usually around updates and follower milestones. They typically give double XP for a period or a stat reset, which is genuinely useful when you want to rebuild a build.

We are not going to list codes here that might be dead by the time you read it. Check:

  • The in-game code redeem menu, reachable from the main menu
  • The developers' official X account, where new codes are announced first
  • The game's Discord server, linked from the Roblox experience page

Be careful with "Blox Fruits code generator" sites. There is no such thing — codes are issued by the developers, not generated, and those sites exist to run you through offers.

How to Get More Robux for Blox Fruits (permalink)

Gamepasses in Blox Fruits — extra inventory space, fruit notifications, stat refunds — all cost Robux, and no amount of in-game grinding produces any.

One of the easiest ways to earn free Robux is through Survey.GG. You complete short surveys and simple tasks, and Robux gets added straight to your account — no credit card needed. It's a legit way to stack up Robux without spending real money.

Final Thoughts (permalink)

Blox Fruits punishes impatience and rewards players who commit to a build. Do the quest chain, save your fruits instead of swallowing them, and pick two stats to specialise in. It is a long game, but it is long in the way that makes getting good actually feel like something.
