How Survey.GG pays out

The two payout routes (permalink)

Robux can only move between accounts through mechanisms Roblox itself provides. We use the two safe ones, and neither involves signing into your account or sharing a password.

What happens after you press withdraw (permalink)

1. You submit the request. For a gamepass payout you give your Roblox username and a link to the game the pass should be bought from. For a gift card you pick a denomination.
2. We calculate the listing price. Roblox takes 30% of every marketplace sale, so a pass has to be listed above the amount you want in order for the amount you want to land. The Robux calculator shows the same arithmetic.
3. We buy the pass, or issue the code. Gamepass purchases credit your Roblox account directly. Gift card codes are emailed.
4. It shows in your history. Every withdrawal, its status and its destination stay on your withdrawal history page.

What actually delays a payout (permalink)

Being straight about this is more useful than promising it never happens.

• Stock. Gamepass payouts depend on having Robux available to buy with. When stock runs low, requests queue rather than fail — the live stock figure is on the homepage.
• Gamepass setup. A pass priced wrong, set to offsale, or in a game that is not public cannot be bought. The request sits pending until it is fixed.
• Verification holds. A balance built largely from offers that the offerwall later reversed, or an account matching another on device and IP, goes to manual review. Most clear; some do not.
• Gift card denominations. Cards are issued against real inventory, so a specific denomination in a specific region can be temporarily unavailable.

What we do not do (permalink)

• We do not charge a withdrawal fee, and we do not take a percentage.
• We do not ask for your Roblox password, at withdrawal or anywhere else. No legitimate payout mechanism needs it.
• We do not pay out in cash. Roblox value only — that is what the model funds.
• We do not silently cancel withdrawals. A held request stays visible in your history with its status.

Checking us rather than trusting us (permalink)

You do not have to take any of this on faith, and you should not.

• Our live totals — members, Robux paid out, current stock — are on the homepage, not in a marketing claim.
• Public reviews from people who have actually withdrawn are on Trustpilot.
• Our Discord is open, and payout complaints get posted there in public rather than being filtered.

If something here does not match your experience, raise it — a payout page that does not survive contact with reality is worse than no payout page at all.
