1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Survey.GG. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements. Survey.GG reserves the right to request verification of age or parental consent at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create more than one account. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person, device, or household, all accounts may be suspended and any pending balance forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. Survey.GG is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Earning & Withdrawals

You earn Robux balance by completing surveys, offerwall tasks, and other qualifying activities on the platform. All earnings are subject to verification. Survey.GG reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit earnings that result from fraudulent activity, disqualified completions, or any violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals are processed as Robux delivered to your Roblox account via a third-party payout provider. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section. Robux is a virtual currency owned by Roblox Corporation and has no guaranteed monetary value. Survey.GG is not responsible for any fluctuations in the value of Robux.

Survey.GG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Robux" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

4. Third-Party Offerwalls

Tasks and surveys are provided by third-party advertisers and offerwall networks. Survey.GG does not control third-party content, availability, or payout decisions made by these providers. Disputes regarding individual task completions must be raised through the relevant provider's support channels. Survey.GG will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee resolution.

5. Promo Codes

Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Survey.GG reserves the right to expire, revoke, or modify promotional codes at any time without notice. Codes obtained through unauthorized means will be considered void.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks or earn rewards
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or fraud detection
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any other person
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the reward system
• Engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or interferes with the operation of the platform

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending balance.

7. Account Termination

Survey.GG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any accrued balance may be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@survey.gg.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Survey.GG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of Robux, account suspension, or inability to access the service.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Survey.GG and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Survey.GG after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
